Claire McManus

Architectural Associate

Claire was born and raised in the small town of Lancaster, South Carolina. Growing up, you could always find her on the softball field, where her position was catcher.

When she was nine years old, she was visiting a job site under construction with her dad, who is a residential contractor.  She asked him how he knew what to build, and he showed her a set of plans.  From that day on, she dreamed of becoming an Architect some day.  Her dad even turned a set of her notebook paper plans to real construction documents, and built the house.  She has a passion for residential design, and strives to create spaces custom to clients wants and needs for their individual lifestyles.  She loves studying the interior architecture of spaces, while telling a story through all that she designs.

She attended Clemson University and graduated in 2018 with a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, and a minor in Architecture.  In the summer of 2017, she was able to study for 3 months in Italy while achieving her minor.  In 2021, she graduated from Clemson University with her Master of Architecture degree.

She moved to Nashville in February of 2022, and doesn’t see herself ever leaving.  In her free time, she enjoys shopping for home decor, traveling to new places, spending time at her family’s lake house, watching football (Go Tigers & Go Bengals!), but most of all, spending time with her boxer bulldog, Riggs.
